Aspire Development's members are subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). Aspire Development, the company hereafter referred to as, (“Aspire Development“), (“Us”), (“We”) and The Client, (“Customer”), (“Client”) and (“You”). Use of Aspire Development services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the ToS (“Terms of Service”).

We will provide services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you use our services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Refunds & Disputes:

Aspire Development provides "No" money-back guarantee. By submitting payment, you agree to our Terms of Service. If a billing dispute/chargeback such as but not limited to PayPal dispute/chargeback is raised there will be no refund. BUT with a valid reason, Sales Manager and Founder can come to you with the decision

Liability:

Aspire Development under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. You're responsible for actions done to your product.
